Profile Information: Your chosen Nickname.
Contact Information: Your Email Address (only if voluntarily provided via the account picker for login purposes).
Gameplay Data: Your online match move history (collected and processed specifically to facilitate online multiplayer sessions).

Strict Local Processing: We are deeply committed to your privacy. All data collected through our application is processed strictly locally or solely for the purpose of facilitating your direct gameplay. In accordance with our legal framework and Agreements, the following capitalized terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them:

AED: United Arab Emirati Dirhams;
Authority/City/SPCFZ: The Sharjah Publishing City Authority Free Zone Authority established in the Emirate of Sharjah pursuant to Emiri Decree No. 14 of 2013;
Competent Authority: Any UAE or Emirate of Sharjah governmental, judicial or regulatory authority;
Agreement: The Occupancy Agreement including its appendices;
Parties: Collectively SPCFZ and Company (AIA Plus Global Services FZE LLC) and where the context requires their respective successors and assigns;
Regulations: The prevailing Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone Authority Companies and Licensing Regulations, the Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone Authority Real Estate Regulations and all other regulatory instruments promulgated by the Authority;
Representatives: All Company investors, directors, managers, employees, visitors, and/or affiliated members using the facility;
Coworking Space: The wireless internet and workspace facilities detailed and identified in AGREEMENT DETAILS and provided by SPCFZ to the Company;
UAE: The United Arab Emirates.

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Modifications may occur particularly upon the release of new mobile applications, or upon releasing updates and new versions of our previously released applications (including Cipher Clatch). Continued use of our applications after any such changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
